General Rules for Meeting Room
  1. Priority is given to Gale Free Library programming, so please be sure to check the event calender before requesting to use the room.
  2. To be considered in a timely manner, we ask that all requests be made a month prior to said meeting. If this not possible, approval is left to the discretion of the Director.
  3. We ask that those looking to use the meeting room CLEARLY IDENTIFY the groups purpose for meeting; I.E. groups affiliations, intent for meeting, media devices to be used, amount of people attending etc.
