to heal and maintain a healthy gut.
Chef Cristina Garcia, from The Farm School in Athol, MA, will discuss the many health benefits of lacto-fermented foods and will show us how we can make lacto-fermented foods at home.
Samples of sauerkraut, kvass, and kimchi will be available to try.
