Summer Reading Signups Begin June 14th

Children of all ages are invited to join our 8 week Summer Reading Club.  Sign up any time between 6/14 and 8/3 at the Children's Room Desk.  You'll receive a Summer Reading Log to help you track the amount of time you spend reading or listening to books.  Weekly, bring your log to the library to tally up your reading times and receive a small, silly prize.


 

Magic Show: "Blast Off with Books!"

Magician Mike Bent has been voted Boston's Best Children's Entertainer by Nickelodeon for their Parent's Pick Award!
Mike combines magic and comedy to create a thrilling show full of surprises!

"Destination Moon" Author Talk

Holden author and Library Trustee Richard Maurer presents his entertaining new book tracing the Apollo porgram from its beginning after WWII to the historic moon landing of Apollo 11 astronauts on July 20, 1969.
