A Mindful Moment with Marjatta Moimas

Join us for a meditation session that is designed to offer a mindful pause in the midst of our busy and stressful lives.

Mindfulness meditation is about being in the present moment just as it is, non-judgmentally.  We develop this skill by practicing mindfulness meditation and its variations together, with great compassion toward ourselves.

Wear comfortable clothes.  All practices can be done sitting on a cushion or a chair, standing, or lying down.

Marjatta is a certified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through the Center for Mindfulness, UMASS Medical School.

No registration necessary.  Please note:  the door closes promptly at 6 p.m. to avoid disturbing the session.
