New Wellness Book Group
This Spring, the Library will begin offering a monthly “Wellness Book Group” where participants can discuss books on topics related to all aspects of physical, mental, and emotional wellness.
If you would be interested in joining this group, please take a moment to fill out a very brief form (at either the Circulation or Reference desk), indicating your preference for a weekday, and time of day. Thank you for your help!
"Mindful Moment" Meditation Sessions
Feeling stressed? Busy? Are you in need of a "pause"? Join us for 30 minute drop-in meditation sessions on Thursday, April 13th and Thursday, April 27th from 6:00-6:30PM. These sessions will be led by Holden resident Marjatta Moimas, who specializes in mindfulness based cognitive therapy. Learn techniques that will help you lead a calmer, happier life! No registration is necessary.
