Exhibit Call for Art
We are currently accepting applications for our 2027 Exhibit Season!
We welcome applications for exhibit proposals from solo artists or small group shows looking to exhibit month-long shows in the Program Room or Upstairs Lobby. Please note art shows are intended as exhibits only; per library policy, the Gale Free Library does not facilitate or participate in any onsite sales of artwork.
For more information about the space, visit our Exhibit Page. Please reach out to Alana at [email protected] or 508-210-5569 with questions.
Note: Groups are eligible to show once per year. Solo artists are eligible to show every two years.
Community Show
This November, bring us your art that reflects the quiet this time of year!
What is quiet to you? Maybe it is time spent with watercolors and a cup of tea. Or curled up with a pet or a cozy book. Watching the first snow of the season. Feeling the breeze beneath a tree. Or perhaps think about a quiet composition? A landscape? A monochromatic paintings?
All ages and abilities welcome. Any 2D form of art is eligible: painting, poetry, photography. Unframed work only, please. See flyer for details.
