The Library will be closing at noon on Tuesday, December 24, and will reopen Thursday, December 26 at 9:30am. Staff will be available to assist patrons remotely on Tuesday the 24th between noon and 8pm.
Join us for a meet and greet to see the artwork, meet the artist, and enjoy refreshments on Thursday, August 8, from 5-7 p.m. Open House style: stop by anytime.
This is an informal opportunity to speak with the artist, find out about their process and inspiration, build community, and offer support to creative individuals in our region! There is no wrong way to attend a reception.
You don't have to get fancy and dress up (although you are welcome to if you like!), and you don't need a degree in art or art history to be able to talk about art and creativity and making things (but that's cool too!). All are welcome, and all are encouraged to attend.
The Gale Free Library is located at 23 Highland Street in Holden, MA. Stop by the library during open hours, and head up to the Program Room on the second floor to see the show. We look forward to seeing you!
Please note, the programming room may be closed to the public during library programs. To avoid a conflict, you may wish to check the online calendar or call the reference desk at 508-210-5569 before you come, especially if you are traveling far.
